I now have 9 Eufy cameras. 3 - S230, 4 - S220, and 2 - E30. Do I need this many cameras? No, but can I return the other one and keep Homebase 3? No. I guess I'll sell S220 on the marketplace to recover the cost.
My s230s came in, 2 were open box and 1 was brand new sealed. The 2 open box worked fine, not a single hiccup during setup. Costco sells the same 3pk for $250 so all 3 for $78 total was cheaper than a single unit from Costco, but of course it's refurb vs new.

Yep, got two new and sealed and one open. Seems like just customer returns versus actual refurbished units. $78 was a nice price considering.
Homebase3 wrecked havoc on my network. My 2.4GHz would get super congested and dropped my speeds down to unusable speeds and my eufy cameras would start disconnecting. Had to swap my cameras back off the homebase and only use local on camera storage, which defeats the whole purpose of having a homebase.

You need a better router. I had the same issues, bought an ubiquiti and its been flawless since.
