i would stick with the poe version to save all the headache if i were you.
2. I currently run my reolink cameras via POE to a NVR except for the doorbel which is wifi. I've had no issues integrating it into the NVR, so all the video is backed up on there. If you link it to the nvr the app will show two different doorbell devices, one in your nvr list and a standalone one. The list option will have all your playback available, however it also causes a delay when trying to talk through it. If you need to talk through the doorbell to someone just make sure you click the standalone one so theres no delay.
