Hagoo store on Aliexpress has some good sales on their storage racks. This one is 72"x35.55"x16" and has particle board shelves for $23.22 - 1% from the coins page - $3 coupon SSUS03, totaling $19.99 or less.
The same listing also has an all metal version (with grating instead of particle board) for $33 - the same discounts or other $6 off $39 (with a filler), etc.
There's another post about one of their other shelves but it's a deceptively tiny 60x28x12" that doesn't match the description, so don't fall for that.
You can buy multiple, but if doing multiple ORDERS (i.e. to use different codes like I did) the price seems to go up, so make sure to use the BACK arrows after checkout to go all the way back to the original page and add more.
I ordered 4 times, first was a single particleboard with $3off19 (SSUS03), single metal with $5off$30, one of each with $8off$49 (SSUS08), and then two of each with $14off89 (SSUS14).

Assembly is easy - Just need a small hammer.
Quality is on par with what is paid - I did not have the coupon. Once assembled, it can withstand about 50lb+ on each shelf, provided that you don't put the heaviest at the center of the board. The metal piece are thin enough to be bend by hand. But once assembled, the whole structure can hold quite some weight.

All of the reviews I have seen folks say the metals thin, but once it's assembled it has relatively better strength and makes for good simple storage shelves. Nothing super heavy duty like a Husky shelve would handle.
Most hold several hundred per.
