Is this the one? Sold by Costco, and just about every feature you could want...well, almost. It's only 1700W. That sounds a little under-powered as a lot of 8 Qt's are 1800W.

I picked this up two weeks ago to replace my instant vortex and it has been a great improvement. I've had to adjust my cook times because it heats up substantially faster and therefore cooks faster too.

Son of a fish. I have this same unit and have never known it could go to 450. I've only used 400 and that was plenty. Love it. I'm a dufus

How easy to clean is it? Are there annoying gaps near the door/drawer where small food pieces could fall in and make it impossible to clean?

Our current Sur La Table one suffers immensely from this flaw lol

Timing maybe. I have been looking to replace our recalled insignia 5qt so I'm in the market.
Just returned a different model from Gourmia due to the fan noise and uneven cooking.
I don't get the point of the window on these things, watched a review on this one & meh. I'll keep looking
