Is this the one? Sold by Costco, and just about every feature you could want...well, almost. It's only 1700W. That sounds a little under-powered as a lot of 8 Qt's are 1800W.

I picked this up two weeks ago to replace my instant vortex and it has been a great improvement. I've had to adjust my cook times because it heats up substantially faster and therefore cooks faster too.

Son of a fish. I have this same unit and have never known it could go to 450. I've only used 400 and that was plenty. Love it. I'm a dufus

Insane when this air fryer was for $40 ppl were meh.. now $5 more ppl are into it more.

How easy to clean is it? Are there annoying gaps near the door/drawer where small food pieces could fall in and make it impossible to clean?

Our current Sur La Table one suffers immensely from this flaw lol

Timing maybe. I have been looking to replace our recalled insignia 5qt so I'm in the market.
Just returned a different model from Gourmia due to the fan noise and uneven cooking.
I don't get the point of the window on these things, watched a review on this one & meh. I'll keep looking

We bought two. The 1st one was so good. At $40 each. Using it right now.

I like mine, I had the old model with no window and this one is very similar and takes up less space, shorter. My only complaints are it doesn't have a 375 deg setting and the bucket is slotted so you need to slide it in correctly or it won't lock in, the old one was easy. This one goes over 400 deg (450) which is good too. At this price it's better to replace the old one then try to clean it.

I just rinse mine out with water. Occasionally need to pull out the shelf. A one minute process at most.
