The ebay listing main photo says Lithium --ION-- battery. I know the title says Lithium Iron Phosphate but the photo says on the battery Lithium ION. You may want to double check before buying which is correct and which is the error.
I don't think I'd want to worry about a giant Lithium Ion battery in a vehicle... not nearly as safe as LFP. See pic
