This frequently sold for $89.99 new. I don't know much about it, but if you've no money and want the cheapest 5.1 system money can buy, this might be okay for you.
I wanted to share my experience with this system. Out of the box, I noticed the rear surround speakers were incredibly quiet and left a lot to be desired. It just didn't give me that full cinematic immersion I was looking for. Instead of returning the whole setup, I decided to swap out the stock rear satellites and connected a pair of Klipsch Reference R-41M bookshelf speakers to the rear channels instead.
Wow, what a night-and-drop, day-and-night difference! It completely transformed the setup. The soundstage is incredibly full now, and the clarity from the Klipsch horn tweeters absolutely brings the rear channels to life.
If you bought this deal and feel like the rear speakers are lacking, I highly recommend upgrading them to some high-sensitivity bookshelf speakers like the R-41Ms. It takes this system to a whole new level!

Do these bad boys get loud? My current Sony sound bar seems to be on mute all the time so I've been using a light bulb to listen to music but I need some bass!

I'm not the person that posted this comment and I have not looked into this system, but usually the subwoofer is wireless and the surround speakers are wired directly into the subwoofer. So typically you would put your subwoofer somewhere next to your couch, and then plug in the rear left in the rear right into the subwoofer. My guess is that this one is no different. Typically the speaker cables are pretty long and you can run them under your couch to hide them. The subwoofer of course needs to be next to a power outlet. But by having the wireless subwoofer, you don't have a super long wire running from your rear setup where your subwoofer and rear speakers are to your TV, so you can usually hide most of the wires.
