It looks like they have the same model on Newegg.com [newegg.com] for $329.99. Newegg refurb only offers 90 day warranty vs eBay is 1 year.

Purchased a 16gb DDR4 from Ebay for $50 to get dual channel.

While I can't be sure the next one will be the same, I checked the serial number of the one I purchased May 29 and it has backlit keyboard. Serial # PF49Y4JC [lenovo.com]

It's AllState, and it's a breeze using their directions sent when you buy. I've used it successfully with an espresso machine I got a while back; worked fine.
