I don't know that the risk is very high at all, but I wouldn't ever use something like this because the terminal screws on receptacles are just not designed with a contact/termination like this in mind. I suspect that while this product claims to be UL listed, it likely is not code compliant as the connection/termination would not be considered mechanically secure.
