There's no reason to go through your solar input with a 12v battery. Most units has a dedicated cigarette lighter style 12v input for charging from 12v. The reason some people use the solar input is because your 12v input is typically limited to about 10 amps on most power station which means a terribly slow charging rate of right around 120 watts. Many solar inputs wont even except 12v. it's too low. So people will wire higher voltage batteries to the solar input, with the higher the better as long as you don't exceed the max voltage. Most people find 48v batteries work best. Doing this allows you to charge a lot faster from an external battery. Now the max charging speed will be determined by your PowerStations max solar input. In many cases, 600, 800, and even more wattage is doable by charging through your solar input. Doing it like this also leaves your 12v input free so you could still use it to add an additional 120wats of charging on top of what it taking through the solar input.

This ECO-WORTHY 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery stands out as a lightweight, low-cost upgrade for RV, trailer, solar, and backup power setups. The Bluetooth app works well, the battery has handled mini PCs, camping loads, trolling motors, and solar charging, and it is much easier to carry than lead acid. The main catches are price swings at checkout, no handles on this case, and the need to match your charger or power station voltage carefully. It looks best suited to 12 volt systems that can charge lithium properly.

I've asked before but haven't got an answer. Does anyone know what the difference is (besides no handles on this one and the monitoring LEDs) between this one in the weird case and the standard yellow/black version with the handle? Are the cells the same? I think one of the descriptions I read (Amazon) showed that this one was capable of way more cycles but I find that kind of hard to believe (and chalk it up to Amazon often having incorrect info).

Please holler if you have an opinion on which one is the 100ah to grab!

Are you running pc 100% off the solar and battery?
its definitely possible. some of the mini pcs only use 8-15watts . I have a blue iris mini pc and 5 cameras it uses around 8-11watts or 13ish if you view the streams.

Price and coupon is still good for me.

Now that I have extra batteries, gonna experiment with making a nice robust UPS from an older 1500va Cyberpower unit that has dead batteries.

Another difference I saw was that the one with SOC display advertises a Flame Retardant case. The one with display is also slightly larger (Group 27 vs Group 24). Also, the one that's listed on sale here is the Black with handles. I'd go with whichever one is on sale. I've picked up 2 of the 150ah Metal Case batteries whenever they went on sale (about $170 including tax)

Can I only buy one at this price with the coupon, or is it possible to use the coupon multiple times on individual orders?

snagged 2 of these. I rehab Truck campers, 9 so far this year. I snagged a EcoW 280a Lifep04 a few months back for $230 shipped and love it. App works great, and I barely put a dent in it with a weekend worth of camping. I have been buying Wally world 29dc 100ah Lead acids for $125 each with core charge. 2 of these saves me $70 per unit. Plus Wally world batteries are lucky to make it to 2 years Frown Just need to see if these can be put in parallel like the lead acids(all postives to one battery, all Neg go to the other).

Mine didn't work at first, but I forgot to sign in. once I signed in, it went smooth as butter. Then I ordered a second one a few minutes later, using the second code. $90 shipped.

$91.02 for me after coupon and taxes 4 hours ago. Yes, you can use this battery as an extension pack if 1. Your current pack runs at 12v.
2, You have/obtain the right cables.
3, The current pack will accept outside battery for extension (owners manual and youtube)
3. You are not the first, watch youtube for videos.
4. Always use as many safety practices as you can when working with electric. Any electric.
