11% 1-star reviews on Amazon; with all the review inflation that goes on at Amazon that's pretty damning.

So... this is a hard question to answer and thank you for your question.

If it takes 10 hours to charge and now it takes 5 hours to charge... is this considered fast charging?

If it takes 100 hours to charge and now it takes 40 hours to charge... is this considered fast charging?

Or at what wattage do you say... NOW I AM FAST CHARGING?
Let's parse every single word, reject convention for everything, pretend like we don't know what year it is, yeah, you get 'em!

To actually answer the question, yes, 18W fits a common definition of fast charging, regardless of the time it takes, because standard USB is 5W. It isn't 85W like my Oneplus phone, and "fast" is relative, but if you know of a USB-powered fan that charges at a rate faster than 18W, let's see it because I haven't. Also, 20000mah is about as big of a built-in battery as you'll find in a small fan. The arguably-faster alternative would be to use something with replaceable batteries, like something from a tool brand.

To be fair, I haven't used this fan, and it is a little pricy for a 9" portable fan, but it looks like a step up from anything I've seen for $20-$30.

I look at it the other way: 84% 4 star + 5 star is actually pretty good, and a lot of 1-star ratings come from people who seem to have unrealistic expectations or are made about shipping damage and unrelated stuff. Either way, this only has 57 ratings, which is too small of a sample size to draw solid conclusions from.
The Vine reviews are the ones that are suspect, and this does have a bunch of 5-star Vine reviews, which is problematic. They tell you to be "honest" but a friend and I both got kicked out after leaving a few honest and appropriate critical reviews, and most people just rave about everything so manufacturers will keep giving them free stuff. Looks like a good product but really hard to tell from so few reviews with a decent proportion being Vine.

Rather have the Milwaukee M18 fan as you can swap batteries and is close to this price regularly.
I have the large Ryobi 18v fan and that was the very first thing that can to mind when I saw this thread. Runtime matters less when you have 10 fully charged batteries to swap in and out.

So, not only will Vine 1099 you, but they are like many 3rd party sellers, offering free stuff for 5-star reviews.

I thought they had a shred of integrity since you have to declare it came from them in your review, and pay taxes on items. It makes sense their recviews would be skewed some, just because human nature makes one feel like leaning towards more positive reviews anyway.

The light should be ok the backside so rhe bugs are sucked into the spinning blades and torpedoes into your face.
And make it a blue light, with electrified blades. Sit in front of it with your mouth open, and it's kinda like eating fresh popcorn, one kernel at a time.

Seems like a cool idea, but I agree it seems overpriced for such a small fan. $25-35 seems like the right sweet spot for something like this. The $50+ price, and no real CFM spec for a fan, is why this thing only has 58 reviews on Amazon. I'll try one if it ever hits $30, if not I'll stick with my two Dewalt 11" 650 CFM 20v fans, or my ryobi 18v, 18" 2400CFM hybrid drum Fan.

Is 5hr recharging considered fast charging?
To give you an answer. For 20,000mAh battery you are recharging, 5 hours is acceptable.

I haven't seen anyone mention how long it lasts. Low speed says 33 hours. But I doubt and in real life scenario, I bet it will be lower. 20,000 mah is small for this. I have a 20,000 mah battery pack and it doesn't last that long with cellphone charging.
If you have a 5,000mAh phone battery, how many times will your power bank charge it from near Zero. If it charges near 4 total times, you are good to go. That'll tell you if you have a real 20,000 mAh power bank. Most are close but not really 20,000 mAh. I always test my power banks, the absolute overselling of capacity is rampant on Amazon. I've gotten 3 or 4 removed from Amazon. But that's time taken out of my life to try and help. But no one cares, mostly Amazon, so it's not a priority for me anymore. The days where a store actually makes sure the products they are selling are real, are GONE. You must stay vigilant as a consumer, not some fanboy (not directed at any one person) for a product.
