I have this in hardcover - really like the recipes. I appreciate even more minimizing the number of pots & pans I have to clean afterward.

I use both Apple books and Kindle. I'm slowly preferring Kindle because Apple will delete local copies over time (and then I have to redownload them).

What are common recipes sizes? I only need two servings max and don't like calculating fractions to downsize recipes 😀 Never mind. I had $1 credit so I just bought it for $0.99 and will look for myself. Thanks, anyway.
