UPS driver here. These are my shoes. The steel toe helps a lot. But i usually buy the black/black or browns one. The memory foam insole wasn't good for walking so i replaced them with some Dr. Scholl's. I recommend a size or .5 down. I fit size 8 in these, compare to Converse (8.5) Nikes(9) - Adidas(9) - Brooks(9.5)

I had non-steel toe version of these and they're very uncomfortable.
