Most everything I work on is metric. I was doing some work on my John Deere tractor, and I used the 3/8" ratcheting side for the first time. It didn't ratchet, it didn't move in either direction. The mechanism is faulty. I've not had any problems with any metric wrenches.
Now 10 emails and over a week later, they still refuse to replace the wrench under their warranty:
Their response is:
"The shipping cost to the USA is very high, so we are not able to send the 3/8 wrench, sorry for the inconvenience."
Based on my experience, even though they advertise a warranty, they will not honor it.
Assume these are disposable consumables, not a quality warrantied product like their site insists they are.
