How is Roborock's eBay factory refurb quality control lately? Do they arrive clean with new consumables (brushes/pads), or are people getting heavily used units? Would love to know what your app's total cleaning history hours looked like out of the box.

same question. I bought one a while back and it came with dirty water and ants in the box.
