Supercharging everyday will damage your battery. Charging at home at night would cost about $500 for 13,000 miles. So this is basically $500 off if you drive 13k miles.

Who supercharges everyday??? I only use superchargers when I'm on the road trip.

13k miles @ 300 Wh/mile & $0.20/kWh is $780. It's been shown many times by actual long-term studies that supercharging reduces battery capacity almost negligibly.

That said, I'd never buy just because of this offer. I do not feel like sitting at a supercharger for 20 minutes every few days to save ~$800 in a year.

My Model Y is rated at and i get close to that, 237 wh/mile. I pay $0.15 kwh rate at night. $500 was on high end, it's costing me even less that that. Model 3 would be even less, so this promotion is pointless and useless, like you and most other Said, who is going to wait at supercharging every week. That is for road trip.

Bottom like, you can't buy because of this promotion. It has very little value.
