Good luck when you need to file warranty claim. I have repeatedly asked how issue will be resolved, but I have not received any response from the seller. I already contacted credit card to initiate dispute.

This is going to be banned on most mountain bike trails and isn't legal to ride on roads or bike paths. Where do they expect you to use it, your driveway?

I have the eb26 for more than 6 months now. It is a heavy and clumsy bike. The 15ah battery does not last very long due to the fact that the bike is heavy, the tire is too fat. With heavy and frequent pedaling and keeping the low speed of about 10 miles per hour, it can go about 30-35miles max. If you are on full throttle all the time without pedaling, it can probably go about 10-13miles. The 15ah battery is probably overstated as well. The bike is pretty difficult to pedal when the battery runs out. The 31mph figure is also overblown. The fastest I can go so far is 23-24mph. The motor has good torque but not crazy torque. It is probably a 750watt motor peak at 1000w instead of the stated 1000w peak at 1500w.
