FWIW these are no good IME. The blade is sharp as hell I'll give it that, but I keep mine on my keys and the blade flips out at random times. I have caught myself grabbing a fist full of key and blade too many times, first time I finally cut myself I removed it. Carrying on its own is probably just fine. Using this to open boxes would be excellent. Would never recommend this to put on keys or anywhere "active".

I assume, the next knife deal will be a "Banjo" knife, the opposite of Benji knife?

I like the idea, but it'd seems like it will be a nuisance to use it and have to take the money off every time

This is a nice little package, I think. Nice find OP.

Sometimes, pocket lint will collect around the blade detent and the knife will open more easily that desired. A little warm, soapy water takes care of that.

If any folding knife is opening unexpectedly, you can also add an o-ring around the body to hold it closed. If you are mechanically inclined, you could choose retune the liner-lock detent mechanism by increasing the detent depression and/or increasing the liner tension by bending the tip of the liner that contacts the detent depression.

I never understood the knife on a keychain thing.

I bought this back when it was 12 bucks on slickdeals in 2023. I use this knife almost everyday for packages and cutting random stuff. It is still sharp, and has not rusted. I like this knife a lot. Its always right by me on my desk.

I've actually cut myself just deploying the blade.
