Vipoutlet should be removed from the advertising they do here. They're effectively a return refurbishment company that often fails to ship item in the condition listed, or straight up bait and switch items, or sell you something say it's sold out but it is now listed at higher prices. Some people get lucky, but a lot of people don't. See past Vipoutlet posts from Slickdeals.

If you value your time, skip this and just wait for KitchenAid directly refurbished deals or when Bestbuy, Costco, and other retailers have these mixers at heavy discount.

This is my wife's favorite kitchen decoration. It collects dust and makes fantastic cookie dough once a year, but it looks great while doing it. If you have a countertop with a void that you can't seem to fill, this will do the trick.

💯% this. Avoid VIPOULET. I ordered one ps5 controller from Walmart website, seller was VIPOUTLET and received a ps5 trash game probably worth $5 instead of a controller. Luckily I had to deal with Walmart customer service instead of VIPOUTLET.

This is my wife's favorite kitchen decoration. It collects dust and makes fantastic cookie dough once a year, but it looks great while doing it. If you have a countertop with a void that you can't seem to fill, this will do the trick.

This is true, I just got some all-clad grilling grates from this company that were listed as damaged packaging, and one of 3 the pieces was dented. Strangely, the packaging was not damaged. It is not bad enough for the hassle of a return, it will still work, but the listing was dead wrong.

This mixer design isn't great. My wife makes cookies and has an head tilt one she tired this and instantly was like take it back..

Vipoutlet is Walmart's clearance store (if I'm not mistaken), open-box is a coin toss (50/50). I would take the risk, after all you can return it without any issues

I took gamble based on many reviews posted for the this item. Item was new in absolutely great condition. See the listing description. It says it is brand new and only the box is damaged. Mine was exactly as described. Worst case, you return with free return option and also leave a negative review. BTW, I was also waiting for refurbished deals directly from KA but I decided to pull the trigger on this one.

I'm still waiting for VIPOUTLET to receive a return from Walmart after 5 weeks... returned to my local Walmart to ship back to them. No refund yet. Walmart tells me deal with VIPOUTLET directly. About to call in to Walmart tomorrow. I'm tired, boss.
