In the U.S., for a new 16 GB DDR5-5600 SODIMM, I'd currently expect to pay roughly:
- Budget/OEM (Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron): USD $40–60
- Retail brands (Crucial, Kingston, Corsair): USD $50–80

Prices for a single 16 GB DDR5-5600 SODIMM laptop memory module generally range from $195 to $280, depending heavily on the specific brand and latency specifications.
And listing Micron as budget memory, you need to ditch that AI. The servers running that AI are probably using Micron.
And more important is that this model is sold by Walmart. You'll have to do some digging (I highly suggest you dont use your AI) to find what corners were cut for this model, if it's a Walmart exclusive. Might be running DDR5-5200 instead of DDR5-5600 like those HP Omens posted a couple weeks ago. And what other budget parts are in it.
