It's a Game key card. So download full game after inserting card into your device! Keep the card inserted while playing, standard key card behavior.

I don't believe this title has that capabitility.
Also if anyone wants this game digitally, borrow a copy of the Switch 1 cart, play it up to the first save point, and you'll be able to purchase the full Switch 2 game digitally for $10. It does not require the Switch 1 cart to play.

This game is really fun if you are remotely a harry porter fan. I play it on PS5 Pro and I still feel a bit of lagging, so not sure how it would perform on Switch 2.

Define lagging for you. There are minor frame dips at heavier points on Switch 2 but overall it is mostly stable. I wouldn't say it lags much.

Even as a remotely a fan, I got bored of it fairly quickly. Can't really interact with any of the NPCs unless it's for a quest. Throw a fireball at them? They pretend like nothing happened. Even though you eventually make friends, you can't recruit them to go adventuring with you unless it's one of their quests. Spellcasting and combat is pretty good albeit a bit annoying since you have to remember which spells counter which spells. Side quests are boring... they're pretty much go there, find this, retrieve that, rinse repeat. Main story seems ok but wasn't enough to keep me interested.

But man talk about the Nintendo tax. The game is frequently on sale on Steam for $10. It's also free for streaming on Amazon Luna at the moment.

It was $9 before, but that was the Switch 1 version. You can upgrade it to the Switch 2 version for $10, which you should because the graphics are much better.
