Eligible subscriptions or memberships will automatically renew unless you cancel, and the merchant will charge the applicable fee to the Card they have on file. If you receive a free trial, charges may not post to your account until the trial has lapsed. Charges must post to your account by 6/11/2026 in order to qualify. I got this offer on my American Express Blue Cash Everyday card. Confirmation of having used the deal came back immediately. And one doesn't have to deal with the 3-day offer thing.
Does anyone know if we can cancel the subscription immediately? Will it keep the membership till the end of 3 months (for the 2 month + 1 month free deal), or will it cancel it immediately? Hopefully I won't forget to cancel before renewal, but would prefer to cancel immediately if it'll keep the subscription till the end date, and just cancel the renewal.

Ok the AI chat and agents just kept disconnecting me. So I signed up third account. Charge went through. I called Amex and let them know I will dispute any second charge that comes in when they retry the past due account. They were ok with it.

The Subscription Fee will be billed at the beginning of your Subscription or expiration of your free trial period, if any, whichever is earlier, and in connection with every automatic renewal thereafter, unless and until you duly cancel your Subscription or the Subscription Service is otherwise discontinued pursuant to these Terms of Use.
If a subscription starts on 6/11/26 and it has a 3-days free trial (6/14/26), the subscription would be billed on 6/11/26 because that is the earlier date. The verbiage is very clear to me.
