This is a stack using Amazon's P&G 33% off promo, 5% Subscribe & Save, and the $15 P&G rebate.
The key here is that the Amazon 33% off promo appears to apply to exactly 4 qualifying items. I used 3 of the better-value 132 fl oz bottles, then added 1 of the less efficient 166 fl oz Tide item on purpose.
Why? Because the P&G rebate requires $50 after coupons/discounts and before tax. The 166 fl oz item is not the best $/load item by itself, but it gets the cart as close as possible to the $50 rebate threshold after Amazon discounts. That maximizes the effective discount percentage from the Amazon promo + Subscribe & Save + rebate.

REBATE NOTE:
The rebate terms say the $50 requirement is calculated before tax and after coupons/discounts. This cart lands at $50.13 after Amazon discounts, so it appears to qualify, assuming the UPCs are eligible.

Also note that this should also work for other versions of Tide if you prefer the other ones.

I'm guessing maybe extra moisture got into their tide and bacteria started to grow?
Otherwise if it just dried out a bit, I think you could always just add water back when you put some into the laundry machine.
