Very strange because I found and clipped the Q in the app about 730AM ET.

you can insert them into the scenario below, and remove something else. Just have to be above $25 in sale prices for the $10off to hit. Manu coupons STACK with the $10/25 so your OOP can be pretty low and you can apply ecb's against your total.
My instructions were based on their AD, and it was in my app. if people can find it on the website, terrific too. Not sure why a simple coupon is so messed up on the CVS platform.
And I have no way of knowing it's messed up until people start chiming in on the thread. As mentioned, I did this deal myself and the Q was in my APP earlier this AM. Why some have it there and some don't I have no clue.

Some items in the OP have many choices (Tom's and Colgate) so stock s/b okay if you play around. The Oral B is the toughest one, but if one store is out or has only 1 unit, check other stores in your area.
