Constant Error Popups

What is this?? I am getting a popup that says this app can't run on your PC and to check with publisher to a different version? I don't recall installing anything recently?!?
Worse, it doesn't say the name of the app, wtf. I used to get this like once a day. Now its popping up a LOT. But its not consistent... I clicked on tab, popup. I went to another tab, nothing. I went back to the first tab, no popup. So it's not due to my navigation?!?
Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks!

Somewhat related... I did UN-install McAfee that came preloaded.

Next thing I would do is go to Add / Remove programs and see what all is installed on your system. Remove anything you don't need.
Also, you can go to Task Manager and see everything currently running, that may help nail down the culprit... Might be something in your startup routine...
check out this well-known program to remove left over scraps from programs that you have removed.
