It works great for me. Every few days I'll have to scan twice, but the success rate is 75% of the time on the 1st try for me. I don't even need the screen since both doors have glass on each side. For the price this beats the units without the screen. The screen only turns on if you press a button to view it on the lock so it is off 100% of the time for me.
