Just a heads up these work wonderfully for pain relief and relaxing a bad back. But they have a very nasty habit of dying very very quickly. I've had a couple of brands and only one of them is lasted any length of time. The one that I have right now is going on 4 months which by far along this of any I've had.

Don't overuse the heat, try to change or charge before it actually runs out, and unequivocally make sure the battery pack does not dangle from the wire outside of the pouch if there is one
