Possible anyone has a recomondarikns for something like this with dynamic proportional control, not discrete speed positions?
Explicitly need to be able to control RPM with high fidelity at very low RPMs.
Is there possibly a ~similarly sized hex drive alternative ?
I own this and think it's great. As far as I'm concerned, every home owner should have one and the pivoting head is very useful. While others here are right to point out it's not as powerful as the Amazon version, the amount of power this has is just right for screwing just about anything with the right amount of torque so that it stops turning when the screw has been screwed in sufficiently. Perfect for putting together furniture (make sure to buy some hex bits). I suspect many people who will buy the higher powered, Amazon version will end up overtightening screws and damaging what they are working on.
IME, the only "everyday" task this has had issues with is the last bit of screwing of a wall anchor, though it depends on the anchor and the wall.

Yes those models exist, they are however not a standard 4v hex screwdriver. If i knew what the heck a dynamic proportional control is i would provide you a link or suggestions for one. Theres a HOTO 25 in 1 on SD that seems like it will fit your dynamic needs just fine. By the sound of it though you are the best person to use Google to find one.
