Your money is burning a hole in your pocket, or maybe you just want that new gadget with a burning desire. In any case, now is a good time for you to trade up to a new phone or computer.
This is legit. I was able to replicate in a Chrome Incognito window on desktop via the AAA Member Store. With the PayPal coupon, the 512GB version is $849.99 (Pink Gold and Cobalt Violet only), and the 1TB version is $919.99 (Sky Blue only). See the screenshot.
Crazy enough, the 512GB version was showing as low as $799.99 at one point, before the coupon and before I put the phone in the cart. But it jumped to $999.99 once in the cart.
I bought the 512GB version recently after a month of trying. So yes, Samsung deals are notoriously YMMV.
Has there been, or is there, a better deal than that?
I had paid $849.99 for mine a few weeks ago and was seeing the same price in my cart today, with no trade-in. I am assuming your S22 Ultra 5G is still worth more than $100 to you. The answer is then yes, there has been a better deal.

@deelseaker Did u use a VPN or something? Any tips on replicating the price mentioned?
❤️ Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!For $1253, I got the Samsung S26Ultra 1-TB, a 2-year Samsung Care+, 1-pair of Galaxy Buds4 Pro.
If I had I used my work's employee discount program, this identical deal would have cost $1490 with all the available discounts. Had I bought this identical deal at the Big Box (BB) electronics store, it would have cost $2113 with all the available discounts.
I paid an extra $6.99 to have it delivered tomorrow.

No, no VPN. I used a Chrome Incognito window (with a fresh Incognito session) on desktop. That's the only thing which ended working for me. Other people had success with other browsers or the Samsung app. But only Chrome worked for me.
