There's really just too many options of these things to choose from. Everytime I narrow it down I see another one and don't have a clue which one to get.

Haha I hear you! In a similar boat. Definitely open to bouncing thoughts and ideas on these power stations between us. Let me know!

Fwiw when I bought mine the deciding factor was max solar input. If that's also a priority for you then check out Bluetti models- I got their ac300 bc it can take 2400w solar which was like double comparable systems from other brands at the time. That was years ago now but it looks like it's still more than this model's 1800w solar max

I saw that, I don't need the panel. Hoping it comes back down to 719

The AC300 (discontinued, so really cant compare to a current / new product) and the current Apex 300 is "double comparable systems" ... at double the price of this Power 2000. So two of these 2000's would handle 3600W of solar input power, which effectively makes this a possible candidate, even if limited to just this use model (above all others?).

Other factors can be a more efficient DC-DC 1800W (at up to 60A) bi-directional (dis)charge flexibility in RV mobile / off-grid applications, saving systems cost by formally supporting generic 24V LFP expansion banks (in addition to managing the alternator and main RV batteries), integrated 140W x2 USB-C PD (plus 2x 65W), and then being DJI, up to two 190W DC 45-min battery charges to keep the Mavic flying back-back with just 3 batteries.

I am thinking of a second to dedicate to an RV, but deciding on either getting a used RV deal to mod, or holding out until its less a novelty for factory-built 48V battery banks and all-DC appliances with 48V inverter A/C unit. DJI tops out at 24V systems, but by the time I really retire, there will be some crazy power units.

I definately will build a push button deployed pop-up heli (drone) pad and make like Speed Racer - at least, an RV version.
