Charging setup is stupid, but other than that these are great. Have logged many miles in these and I live in a hot area where I sweat heavily.

care to explain what's wrong with the charging setup? just stick them in the case and it begins to charge, no?

I have these. The complaint is that to charge these, there is a short built-in 3" or so USB C cable so it hangs off your charger when charging. The charging does not bother me as much as I thought it would because it allows me to plug in to my phone's USB C port and charge right off my phone. This has proven super handy if I do not have a charger available and phone charge is not low. The sound quality is good and the main point for me was the hooks so they would stay in my ears when exercising.

I have to find an outlet, then put a box under the case with its 2" cord to it doesn't dangle. Dangling was okay for the first year. Now, though, as the earbuds and hooks have wear, along with the contacts, often times, when dangling it won't charge both buds.

Of course, for $5, you could always buy a USB-C extension cable Smilie

Other than the charging issue, these have lasted much longer than other brands I have tried.

My first pair did fail within a year, but their warranty is great and I received a free replacement pair.

I think the cable can be super handy. If it stows away, then this is just nitpicking.

I had an older set of these and the case was capable of qi wireless charging. Is that no longer the case for these?

Must have been a different model, I have had this and the model before, definitely no QI charging.

Heavy sweater here, many miles ran with these. I think the charging mechanism of the actual earbud, especially with the shape of them and how they fit into the case, is nearly criminal engineering.

They did last a few years though and at this price I should be complaining less. I recently had one side die and the reset procedures weren't working.

Went with a different style this time.

I had an older set that I wore for years until they finally died. Comfortable, and VERY long lasting battery compared to others on the market. As has been noted, the charging cable is a little different, but never bothered me as even the case has a great battery life, and I could charge at my desk with a computer USB so no dangle needed. I ended upgrading to a more expensive type, but still might get these as a good backup.

JLab just seems to be a really quality brand for budget headphone items. You're not getting top of line but you're always getting really good value.

I have other JLabs and they are bass-awful (even with bass boost, which works but nowhere near enough). I don't use them b/c they're that bad.
