This has Anodized Aluminum fittings.
How does that compare to Brass?
Found the answer in the Amazon Q&A section:
Q: Any Galvanic Corrosion problem with aluminum fittings connecting to a brass hose bib?
A: Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!
Yes, the fittings will corrode together with a Search brass hose bib. What we recommend is that anytime you are screwing your hose into a brass spigot, use a piece of Teflon tape, or another neutral barrier.

Thank you,

double check that the ends are the ones you need for your setup. I got one of these to replace the short house of one of those reels and need to get an adapter now since one end is male versus both ends being female.

For being a lead-in hose. Good for a short extension from the hose bib, or when you're a little short from reaching something with your long hose.

10 Foot is double the price of this one. Buy the 10 Ft. They also offer many other lengths.

Thank you for pointing that out. Teflon tape is good advice.

I just bought one of these for my front hose reel. Paid twice this much. I'm gonna get a couple. I need them with male and female connections, which this has.
