FYI it comes with metic sockets.

If you are interested in compact set with metric and standard sockets "ICON 1/4 in. Drive Compact Socket and Bit Set, 52-Piece" from HF can be an alternative. If you are not in a hurry %30-%25 off coupons/deals put it to a $50-$60 price range.

Highest price in last 90 days is $96, and it fluctuates frequently, but still, it's only $8 less than normal (the retail price is fictional, of course).

Do you happen to know how the Icon set size compares to the Wera Toolcheck? The compactness is the main draw for me. Thanks!

Somewhat of an alternative but I buy Wera for the quality since I'm working German built equipment and I absolutely cannot strip a small torx screw or I can brick a machine. This set is also smaller than the Icon which is a huge bonus. That said, the Icon you reference may find it's way in my toolbox for something.
