Older models were great, stay away from this one. Everything sucks on it, temp inconsistent, ridiculous massive remote with sensitive buttons (like an iPad), spray one time went off when not sitting on the seat, list goes on. I returned it and went on eBay to find the older model which is far superior and lasted me 5 years no issues (until recently the lid cracked and spray got weak).

Do NOT waste your time with this company. Their products are junk and support is nonexistent. Just spend a few more dollars and get a Toto instead of throwing your money away with one of these. You've been warned…

Just got back from Japan. Almost all TOTO's everywhere. The gold standard IMO.

Do these things really clean? Seems to me they only splatter the forbidden peanut butter crumbs all over your cheeks.

I got a Leivi brand one on Amazon 2 years ago and everything on it still works. Heated seat, water etc. Same price as this one. I use it all the time

It's very rightly said:
"_Once you go bidet, you never go back. Only asking yourself why you didn't know it earlier_ !".
Having said that, if you're going for better than norm, upgraded bidets, then ONLY go "TOTO Washlet"! Costco used to sell the older model TOTO Washlet C100 (With side panel control, which IMHO is the best way of control) for $250 or cheaper during frequent sales... Don't know if we have to thank the COVID or politicians, but the prices have gone rocket high, now around $400+, take or leave 50 or so for sale, etc.
Still, for such an important thing in life, especially if you can buy it only once, you still end up saving big by going to Toto. Only regret: Very hard to find Round in the warehouse, and it seems Costco only brings Elongated...
Save a bit more before buying, and live happily for a longer time!
Do you happen to know if Costco carries Toto model that comes with light. A few years ago, I was going to get Toto bidet from Costco and realized it did not have the light which is pretty useful at night especially when you do want to switch on the ceiling light.

I bought BioBidet Slim 2 from Costco and it started leaking from the drain plug. When I contacted their customer service, they said I would have to pay $180 just for them to analyze the issue. Something to be aware of for those considering buying BioBidet and planning to use it for a few years. Maybe Biobidet has long term reliability issues with their bidets they make?

so I like the Tushy 3.0 (non electric) but they do have electric ones. Biggest thing is the joystick that sprays the water is movable, so you don't have to move your ass around to get it cleaned... you just need to use the joystick.

I can't see myself getting an electric toilet... the cost of electricity is just to damn high. I am sure my AC bill will be over 500 per month.

I bought a $20 bidet attachment from Amazon 3 years ago. No electricity, no warm water or air, been flawless. Wonder if it's time to upgrade for my tush, but this one is 10x the price....
Me too. I'm in San Diego and the cool water is sometimes a blessing. IYKYK.

I bought the model USPA 6800U back in 2019. After 2 years the heated seat function stopped working. They warrantied it be sending me just the seat (the part you sit on) at a discounted rate plus shipping. So it wasnt even a free replacement. And since it was just the seat, I was given instructions on how to take apart the system to be able to unplug the small cable to remove and replace the seat. While this was not a big deal for me, someone who does not have tools or is afraid to be near circuit boards could be an issue. Now in 2026, it leaks ever so slightly, no longer sprays on your tush, night light no longer works, but the heated seat still functions. 🤣 I do not remember what I paid, but it was a on slick deals and I am fairly positive I paid over $200 on sale. When it worked, it was amazing! Maybe I got a lemon, but I can not justify risking paying so much for what feels like a product that needs replacing. I do have a crappy manual non heated $20 one in the second bathroom. And while I do feel like a peasant using that one vs the Bio Bidet one, it at least still works.
I have the same model, bought in 2020 at Costco. Excellent, feature filled device. After about three years, the seat developed a 6"-8" crack on the underside that made a bad noise every time I shifted my weight. I called to buy a replacement seat, and was informed that the model is discontinued and they no longer carried any parts for it. None. But she cheerfully said I could just buy a whole new bidet from them, which pissed me off even more than the part not being available.

Before spending another $200-$400 on a new device (NO MORE Bio Bidet purchases for me, EVER!), I decided to try an old trick to stop the crack from expanding - I took a Dremel tool with a very small bit and drilled a tiny hole at each end of the crack, making certain that I did not go in much past the thickness of the plastic because there are sensors, heater wires and other things inside the seat itself. Once I had the holes drilled, I got some Superglue gell and a UV light source (for fast and firm drying and hold), flexed the seat very slightly to open the crack, and glued the crack closed. That repair has held up without issue for almost four years since.

I love having a bidet, changed my life for the better. I could not imagine being without one now. When it fails (as all electro-mechanical devices inevitably do) I will look for a different brand. I'm not unhappy it had an issue after three years of daily use, but not carrying one of the parts under stress when used and is therefore the most likely to fail, and telling me to just spend another $200-$400 for one of their new models because they stopped caring about existing customer problems is utterly, totally, mindlessly stupid and unacceptable.

By all means, look at the other brands, buy something that has the features you want. Just avoid Bio-Bidet models.

They really clean, just not in one pass. You run it, then wipe, run it again, wipe again, and you're as clean as if you'd showered.
