I bought the model USPA 6800U back in 2019. After 2 years the heated seat function stopped working. They warrantied it be sending me just the seat (the part you sit on) at a discounted rate plus shipping. So it wasnt even a free replacement. And since it was just the seat, I was given instructions on how to take apart the system to be able to unplug the small cable to remove and replace the seat. While this was not a big deal for me, someone who does not have tools or is afraid to be near circuit boards could be an issue. Now in 2026, it leaks ever so slightly, no longer sprays on your tush, night light no longer works, but the heated seat still functions. 🤣 I do not remember what I paid, but it was a on slick deals and I am fairly positive I paid over $200 on sale. When it worked, it was amazing! Maybe I got a lemon, but I can not justify risking paying so much for what feels like a product that needs replacing. I do have a crappy manual non heated $20 one in the second bathroom. And while I do feel like a peasant using that one vs the Bio Bidet one, it at least still works.

This item is discontinued. I have one, I called the company for a piece for my faucet. I mentioned I had this bidet. The customer service rep said it was discontinued.

Do NOT waste your time with this company. Their products are junk and support is nonexistent. Just spend a few more dollars and get a Toto instead of throwing your money away with one of these. You've been warned…

Adding to the poor support and products. I had a slim 3 that I got through here many years ago. Parts are definitely designed to fail and what seems like planned obsolescence. Mine started to leak from the empty valve, which is a simple plastic part. They wanted to charge me exorbitant amount for a piece of plastic with an o ring.

Got a Toto, and yeah, supremely better.

I have Bio Bidet and Toto in my house. First Toto lasted from 2011 till Covid 2020. Bought the Bio Bidet, it's still functioning, replacing the original Toto. Went back to the Toto for the second bathroom. It's more quiet, washes better, and seems like the fan function dries better.

I just searched my email. Found the receipt, they charged me $17.25 for the seat (discounted from $69), $1.08 for tax, and $10 for shipping for a total of $28.33. It wasn't much, but I feel it should have been completely free if not even maybe given a gift card or something seeing as I had to take apart and open up the system myself to replace the seat.
