I just got this, the ratchet is p nice for sure. But the screwdriver is almost useless. In order to use a bit, the bit needs to fit inside the bit adaptor to the screwdriver handle. The adaptor size makes it impossible to screw anything that's in any type of housing. Also I thought the screwdriver was going to ratchet as well and that was disappointing lol.

That being said, I really really can't tell if this set comes with anything other than the ¼" adaptor?? If that's the case then DEFINITELY get the other one for just $12 more. It has at least that much extra value in (SAE bits)

So correct me if I am wrong... but if you put the adaptor on the wrench, you lose the pass through and just have a 1/4 socket wrench... which defeats the whole point of this type of wrench.

I believe you're correct. Doesn't sound like something you need unless you own pass-through sockets.
