Costco has the delsey paris 2 piece set for 140 and that's 100% polycarbonate. I have it the wheels are pretty smooth too

How does that brand compare to Samsonite? I am in the market for new set but had never heard of this brand before.

I have both brands they are very comparable . I picked the delsey Paris , the wife got the Samsonite . I thought the delsey had smoother wheels and the handle is just as sturdy or maybe moreso. The Samsonite was a cheaper hard side model and the delsey is fabric with many pockets inside and out . You can't go wrong with either
