Here's one of the few listings I saw where discharge current was listed at all.

These ECO-WORTHY 12V 8Ah LiFePO4 batteries look best for small, low power backup or solar setups, especially sheds, lights, or a compact UPS. The chemistry is viewed as safer than other lithium types, and the built in cutoff helps them tolerate deep discharge better than lead acid. The main limitation is output and capacity, with published specs pointing to only 10 amp discharge and very short runtime for high load gear. Compatibility is another concern because many UPS units may not charge LiFePO4 correctly or handle the different battery behavior.
LiFePO4 chemistry can offer a favorable safety risk profile under normal charging and discharge conditions.
These batteries can work well for shed or off-grid small setups that need runtime for lights and similar loads.
A 2-pack configuration can provide enough energy for an outdoor solar security camera to run through several low-light days.
These 12V packs can be combined in series to create a 48V battery pack for an ebike range extension.
The batteries can be limited to about 10A discharge, which can cap UPS output around roughly 240 watts when using both batteries.
Many UPS units may not charge LiFePO4 properly because they lack adjustable charging voltage for switching from SLA.
A CyberPower 1500VA UPS battery swap may not be worth the risk because the UPS may not handle the different battery chemistry.
The 8Ah capacity can be too low for high-load devices, so UPS runtime may be only a few minutes for low-wattage rigs.

How small/large are these, and are they good to run a setup for multiple security cameras (5V) off-grid using a 30-watt or larger solar panel for each battery?
unless your UPS has adjustable charging voltage like in a service menu, most are not going to be able to switch from SLA to lifepo4 as nice as that would be
most UPS simply won't charge lifepo4 properly

the bottomline for my situation: the old/aging UPS just wouldn't know what to do with the different battery type.
It is easier to be unhelpful. But yeah, the person is just asking questions.
The 8ah batteries in this deal are VERY low capacity batteries. These would be great hooked up to a small solar panel to keep some lights running or something, but they are not going to run a trolling motor or a CPAP or power an RV or anything with a high load for very long. Even as a UPS, I'd wager you're only getting a few minutes here on a low-wattage rig.
If you're looking for a battery to function as a power source for a high-energy device, then you probably want 100ah or more.

Would have enough juice to get through several days of low light...
