These come up once or twice a year, almost always around Christmas time and then at least another time during the year. Happy to see it again. Combined with the hot deals, you can golf pretty affordably. The golfpass membership is currently on sale for 75 bucks at Costco as well

The reviews on the Golfpass membership scare me. But this is more straightforward since it's being applied directly at green fees. My gf and I have been using golfnow to book green fees lately, so this comes in very handy. Thanks OP.

I don't get why golfpass gets all the hate.
Maybe if you belong to a country club and can golf whenever you want, the restrictions of golfpass can be off-putting. But if you understand how to use it, it's an amazing deal.
I routinely use hot deals at to play a course near me for $35-40 per round, which normally go for $80+. They also routinely send coupons and deals.

I got the membership in February... when you were supposed to get $50 to golfballs.com or something... the code didn't come... so I called customer service and they gave me two $20 codes... which I definitely prefer over some overpriced golf balls.

What is nice is that a course that costs $30 on a Hot deal, there is a member only price of $28... and I can use my aforementioned $20 code on... or my monthly $10 code... golf now is almost always cheaper than their sister site, Teeoff.com... because teeoff bundles secretly the convenience fee... but with golf now and being a member... that is free making it a little cheaper than tee off. I never use the worry free tee times free cancellation... but it is there... so okay... maybe if I ever need it... I'll use it.

It is $100 per year... but I think I saw costco sells it for $75 per year... so... just a real bargain if you 1. play often and 2. the golf courses locally use it.

I think in my hometown where I grew up, there is 1 course within 53 miles that uses golfnow/teeoff. So... in that god forsaken land of misery... definitely not worth it... but 2 within 54 miles, and 3 within 60.

The deal they are running now, you do a hot deal, use the code playjune, and they'll send you two $25 discount codes after June 27... or before... but you could literally sign up for a $17 5a.m. tee time, not go... and then get $50 in discounts to use later.

I actually saw that promo, but I can't tell if you book a single tee time and get $25 x 2 ($50) credits, or if you get $25 credit for each tee time booked, up to two times. They're not very good at explaining their T&Cs sometimes. I already played one round that qualifies for this deal. Debating if I should take your advice and book a $20 ghost round for more credits.
