I would spend the extra $40 and get the 2k kit. I found the 2k cameras to be the biggest improvement since the xt2.

These don't work with rechargeable lithium batteries. You have to use disposable lithium batteries. Must have a deal with Energizer.

Tapo has the same deal BUT no subscription needed. Great reviews. Plus they have a real doorbell which you actually plug in a wall socket.

Generic rechargeable lithium batteries work for mine. I find the low battery indicator takes a while to reset but eventually does.
