Can still get an open box AX50/AX3000 for a few bucks more on amazon or eBay. Notably better device for almost the same price.

I just bought 3 of the AX2200s from an earlier Slickdeal post. Setup was a B due to the really terrible app the user is forced to use. But now all is going well. It's ridiculous that the end user isn't allowed to access their own router directly via a browser. I'd never recommend Linksys going forward.

I have a BE4800 that replaced an AX1800. Never had an issue with setup using my PC. I was just able to login via mobile web browser, so this sounds like user error.
Edit: Looks like you got the wrong brand. This is TP-Link and not Linksys.
