there's no plate or rods to wear out
I'd recommend people change out the insole and laces from your last pair of shoes, for some reason Adidas made bad choices with those
basically what you are paying for is the huge block of magic super-foam
I would personally change out after 500 miles or so. No shoe lasts forever.
