This installation driver is awesome. I own four other drills, but I find myself picking this on up a lot. It is the most compact installation driver and doesn't have the stupid handle configure and forward and versus mechanism. This is the best price I seen for the brushless model and in several month. I'd recommend buying it at this price. You're not missing out on much with the multi-tool. It is 12v and will be using 2ah batteries so it is going to very weak and the blade change mechanism is terrible even though it should be easier since it uses Starlock blades. One cool thing to note is that Bosch owns Dremel and their 12v batteries are cross compatible.
