The Lite Racer Adapt 7.0 is a very comfortable slip on shoe that works well for casual wear, errands, house use, dog walks, and even treadmill sessions. The cushiony insole feels good right away, and the low price around $25 makes the comfort easier to justify. The main drawback is durability, since the soft sole and tread can wear down fast and traction drops on wet surfaces. Fit can also be inconsistent, so it feels like a handy everyday shoe if you do not expect heavy use.

Common Questions (4)

  • Durability is the main tradeoff: the soft sole and tread can wear down quickly, sometimes in about 1-3 months of light use. A few pairs have lasted much longer with casual wear, but they are not a good choice for rigorous use or heavy walking.

  • Yes. They feel cushiony and comfortable for sliding on, around-the-house use, neighborhood dog walks, errands, and treadmill sessions. They are less suitable for lots of steps, exercise, or running because they can start to feel cheap with extended walking.

  • The soft outsole can lose traction as it wears, and wet-surface slipping is a reported concern. Rubber soles would improve grip and likely make the shoes last longer.

  • At about $20-$25, the shoes are considered reasonable if you want a comfortable casual pair and accept limited lifespan. They are not viewed as worth retail pricing because the sole can wear out fast.

Both codes are still working for me. Already have a pair and while sole is soft, I've had it 8 months and it's still chugging along and plenty of sole left (light usage admittingly). In for one.

These a comfortable shoes to slide on and do stuff around the house or run errands. Not great if you're expecting to do a ton of steps or exercise though. Insole is cushiony and feels good when you first put it on, but again walking a lot in them and you'll notice they're cheap.
Great description! I have a pair and had the same issue experience. Comfortable but I would expect them to fall apart if used rigorously.

Good price for a reasonably comfortable shoe. The sole is very soft and wears quickly. My experience with 2 pairs is that the tread will be mostly gone in 2-3 months of light usage.
I agree with this. Mine lasted a bit longer, but I only use them for casual wear and not running or anything. I'd never pay retail, but for $20-$25, they're comfortable while they last.

I've owned about six pairs of these. They were super comfortable but, like other comments have mentioned, they wear off extremely quickly on me. $25 for around one month of use, especially in the western states like Nevada or Arizona where the asphalt gets hotter, is not worth it.

Look for something that has rubber bottoms.

It is my second pair of these. Considering the price, I am pretty happy to wear on the treadmill
