Details in the listing show that it supports dumbbells with up to a 1.5" diameter. Powerblock handle diameters range from 32mm to 38mm (1.49") depending on the exact model, so it should fit. However, keep in mind that Powerblock handles are only open to the top due to the crossbars. Depending on how tight you can make the handle, the dumbbells may end up sitting at a ~35º angle and rub the crossbars on the barbell, potentially causing wear or shifting during use.

The kettlebell adapter appears tobe long enough to fit them as well, but there's not enough information in the listing to be sure. The handle part is too wide to fit between the ends of my Sport 50s, but I can't tell if the attachment part is long enough without more info.

I would say it's worth buying to try as long as you would be able to return locally without much effort.
