I'm finishing up a playthrough now, it's definitely a good game but a much shallower experience than 2. I've enjoyed revisiting it, but I'm less invested in the story (admittedly that probably is also because I know how things play out.) My one real criticism of this is that all the jankiness of the old Rockstar games if still present. After all this time, I would have liked to see a remastered version where controls were cleaned up, bugs removed, etc.
