I have a similar pillow that I got after having ACDF surgery on my neck. Honestly don't think it helped/did much over my normal pillows.

Ditto. Gave it a chance, but in the end didn't like it and had it over the return period. A waste of 25 bucks.

I have used one of these pillows for about a year, had really bad chronic neck pain, helped a lot, it's also very cooling and comfortable, I had a different brand and the cover was removable, I can't sleep without it now. Works perfectly for any position I sleep in.
