I bought this or a very similar one (eSee app, looks identical), two weeks ago for a similar price. This set is easy to set up, and works very well. The camera resolution is quite good (not 4K but 720 or 1080p). The cameras are kind of wide-angle, which is good for indoor use, and ok for outdoor applications. The cameras do not automatically pan, but can be moved via the app..
