This is arguably the best budget subwoofer under $500 on the market by a wide margin.

Gets back its original release price back in 2024, before all the tariff-driven and oil-war inflation kicked in.

Tempted. Already have a 12" which slaps. Might be cool to hide this behind my couch.

Bought a blemished 10e for $259 the last time that sale was on. Have been using it in 2.1 setup with my home office desktop for occasional music. It has been awesome. Cant recommend it enough.

There is a reason why the reviews are uniformly great. It is well priced for a very musical subwoofer.

I have this for my vinyl setup. Paired with bookshelf speakers in a small office room, so it's a little overkill as I only need to set it to around 35% gain... but it sounds incredible. Once I get my home theater set up, I definitely plan on using one (or two) of these.

Other than the fact that this doesn't have Bluetooth, i like it a lot more than my SVS SB3000

No preference/ blind buy I would agree especially if you can get in on a powerbuy deal.

To be fair, those are two different users.
Not to mention the footprint on the 12 is significant so optimal placement can be a challenge.

More sub deals please! I have a ~20 year old Martin Logan 12" sub with (I think) a bad amp, which I loved when it was working, and have been trying to figure out what to do with it (fix or replace).

If you're getting started with home audio, you won't find a better deal than this. I think it's a great way to dip your toe into the audio world because you can just buy it and stick with it in your setup and it will do great and you'll be perfectly happy. But if you decide you want to go deeper and upgrade your setup, the reputation of RSL's subs should make selling it a pretty easy process. Or you could always use it as a 2nd sub.

Unless you live in a country with dirt-cheap human labor costs, I'd just replace.

Thinking about selling the SB3000 to fund 2 of these for the living room tbh.
