Can anyone who knows clarify: In order to use the Smith bar (e.g. for dead lifts) you need to buy Olympic weights that aren't included, correct?

Judging from the pictures and specs, this is not worth $500 let alone $1100. Cheap material with very thin gauge tubing.

This is based on the Mikolo M4 2.0 which has been really well reviewed. Unless you're lifting professionally (at which point you shouldn't be in this price range lol) this is way more than you'd need tbh. For the $1149 model you're basically paying $300 for the stack weights and aluminum pulleys.
